专注于膀胱肿瘤、肾肿瘤、前列腺肿瘤、肾上腺肿瘤、输尿管肿瘤、肾盂肿瘤、腹膜后肿瘤、阴茎肿瘤、睾丸肿瘤等疾病微创手术（腹腔镜或机器人）及综合诊治， 擅长泌尿系统常见病，如肾结石、输尿管结石、前列腺增生、男科、包皮环切术等疾病诊治，以及膀胱过度活动症、间质性膀胱炎、腺性膀胱炎、尿路感染等全程医治管理。
周林，博士。2012年毕业于复旦大学医学院获学士学位，2015年毕业于复旦大学附属中山医院获硕士学位，2018年毕业于复旦大学附属中山医院获博士学位。2019年入选上海市扬帆英才计划，主持上海市科委项目1项。 以第一作者发表了首个国人肾肿瘤评分系统，该研究成果被纳入“肾癌精准微创诊疗体系的建立”项目，获得上海市科技进步二等奖，上海医学科技奖二等奖，上海市优秀发明选拔赛优秀发明奖。 以第一作者先后在OncoImmunology，J Urol、J Am Coll Surg 等国际权威泌尿外科学和肿瘤学期刊发表SCI 论文6篇；此外还以共同第一作者在Urol Oncol、World J Urol等国际知名杂志发表SCI 论文4 篇。 1.
