主要从事骨关节及韧带损伤及骨关节病的研究，对创伤危急重症的救治、骨关节损伤的诊断治疗有丰富的临床经验，特别是四肢各种骨折，尤其是累及关节的复杂骨折、股骨颈骨折、股骨头坏死有较深的造诣。
副主任医师，医学博士后，硕士研究生导师，毕业于德国RWTH Aachen University, 师从SICOT创伤部主席Hans-Christoph Pape教授，获得医学博士学位。参加工作后一直从事骨外科的临床和科研工作，先后于浙江大学附属第二医院、瑞士苏黎世大学医院、德国海德堡大学路德维希创伤中心、德国亚琛工业大学医院、香港大学玛丽医院进修学习。
