“壹拾节”是否可以变成“医师节”？

今天是1月10日———壹拾节！

大家知道“玖拾节”（9月10日）就是中国最新的教师节了，那么为什么不能把“壹拾节”设定为中国的医师节呢？！

我的英文名叫Simon，在此2015年第一次倡议把1月10日设定为网络医师节！———取自1月10日的“壹拾”汉语谐音“医师”。

医师节快乐！

尽管美国（3月30日）、古巴（12月3日）、伊朗（8月23日）、印度（7月1日）、越南（2月27日）、古代中国（农历4月28日）和现代中国（中国医师协会6月26日<实与国际禁毒日重叠>及若干省市自定<略>）及其他各国（略）都早已有了自己的医师节，但我仍然希望1月10日能被国人接受为网络医师节，甚至成为国家法定的医师节，甚至于被全世界人民接受成为国际网络医师节。中国的医生负担着全球1/5人口的健康工作，与国外的医生一样理应受到全世界人民的赞誉。

先前中国医师协会所定的医师节日子有些不太好记，而且与国际禁毒日冲突。Simon医生在网上逗个乐，倡议这个网上医师节，并且因为特别的个人感受，献给已逝去和尚健在的中国同行们，也献给曾经怀揣医师理想却因故未能如愿和正在努力准备成为同行的准同行以及曾经做过医师却因故改行的老同行们！

Today is January 10th———the Day of One & Ten！

It is well known that the Day of Nine & Ten (September 10th) is the updated Teachers’ Day in China. How about making the Day of One & Ten the Doctors' Day of China ? !

For the first time, the Day of One & Ten (January 10th) is suggested to be Doctors' Day on internet by a Chinese physician whose English name is Simon, you know the Chinese translated word from doctor sounds "yi shi" like the Chinese translated words from one and ten while one is the number of January of a year.

Happy Doctors' Day!

I wish the day can be accepted as Doctors' Day on internet for Chinese by my compatriots, better as a legal National Doctors' Day by our government, and the best as International Doctors' Day on internet by the whole world in future, though Doctors' Day has been alreadyworld-widely existed in America (March 30th), Cuba (December 3rd), Iran (August 23rd), India (July 1st), Vietnam (February 27th),ancient China(Chinese April 28th),modern China (June 26th by the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, actually the same day as theInternationalDay Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking;other dates by some provinces or cities of China) and some other countries. Physicians all over the world are contributing healthcare work for the world people deserving honor by the whole world while Chinese physicians share one fifth of the global population.

I set aside the day to honor my Chinese deceased and survived colleagues, to honor the quasi-colleagues who failed to be doctors for some reasons though they had ideal of being doctors and who are making efforts and preparing to be doctors,to honor the former colleagues who have changed their profession from doctor for some reasons by my experience for fun on internet, you know the Doctors' Day by the Chinese Medical Doctor Association seems not very easy to remember and it conflicts with theInternationalDay Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.

If you accept my suggestion, you can send the above words from me to your doctor, quasi-doctor or former doctor friends no matter inside or outside China and greet them "Happy Doctors' Day”. Maybe, they will also accept it delightly and thank you in return. And you can also do something tohold amemorialceremonyfor your respectdeceased doctor friends.
