风湿免疫病患者接种疫苗的总体原则是什么？
1.风湿免疫病患者的疫苗接种应优选在疾病静止期间进行，若病情处于活动期，不建议接种。
2.正在使用全身糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂治疗的患者可以接种灭活疫苗，但产生的保护性抗体滴度可能会低于普通人群。
3.对于成年AIDs患者，应尽可能避免或者谨慎接种减毒活疫苗，以减少诱发感染及不良反应的风险。
4.孕妇在妊娠后半程接受过生物制剂（如肿瘤坏死因子拮抗剂）治疗，分娩的新生儿在6个月内应避免接种减毒活疫苗。
