周林，博士。2012年毕业于复旦大学医学院获学士学位，2015年毕业于复旦大学附属中山医院获硕士学位，2018年毕业于复旦大学附属中山医院获博士学位。2019年入选上海市扬帆英才计划，主持上海市科委项目1项。
以第一作者发表了首个国人肾肿瘤评分系统，该研究成果被纳入“肾癌精准微创诊疗体系的建立”项目，获得上海市科技进步二等奖，上海医学科技奖二等奖，上海市优秀发明选拔赛优秀发明奖。
以第一作者先后在OncoImmunology，J Urol、J Am Coll Surg 等国际权威泌尿外科学和肿瘤学期刊发表SCI 论文6篇；此外还以共同第一作者在Urol Oncol、World J Urol等国际知名杂志发表SCI 论文4 篇。
