步态分析室简介

广济康复三维步态分析实验室筹建于2016年，是广济康复重点建设专科。实验室引进美国Motion Analysis动作捕捉分析系统（Raptor-4S*12），Bertec三维测力台（FP-4060*4），MYON表面肌电测试系统（aktos*16），RSSCAN足底压力步道系统（Footscan）等，均按照国际运动分析实验室标准建设。目前，广济康复三维步态分析实验室承担上海市脑瘫儿童、残疾儿童、交叉学科的临床三维步态分析工作以及上海市儿童残疾预防工作。2018年起，广济康复三维步态分析实验室与上海交通大学附属上海儿童医学中心小儿骨科、上海交通大学附属上海市第六人民医院小儿骨科、上海交通大学附属上海市儿童医院神经外科、复旦大学附属华山医院神经外科、奥托博克Ottobock（上海）开展脑瘫儿童MDT诊疗模式，为小儿骨科及神经外科手术、康复工程科制作康复辅具提供精准的干预依据及疗效评价证据。目前实验室已承担（及正在进行）的研究课题包括：上海市局级项目-基于三维步态分析评价全身垂直律动疗法改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿运动特征的疗效观察，上海脑瘫芭蕾舞训练营科研项目-芭蕾舞训练对脑瘫患儿的康复疗效观察，青少年特发性脊柱侧弯康复夏令营脊柱模型研究等。

Guangji Rehabilitation 3D gait analysis laboratory was set up in 2016 and is the key construction specialist for Shanghai Guangji Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic.Laboratory has introduced the 'Motion Analysis' Motion capture（Raptor-4S*12） and analysis system, Bertec 3D force measurement platform（FP-4060*4）, MYON Surface EMG system（aktos*16）, RSSCAN Foot-scan plantar pressure trails(Footscan), etc., all in accordance with international standards for the construction of a kinematics laboratory. At present, the 3D gait analysis laboratory has been undertaking work of clinical 3D gait analysis for children with CP or disability from interdisciplinary departments and disability prevention for children in Shanghai. Since 2018, Guangji Rehabilitation 3D gait analysis lab has gradually established the MDT model with Orthopedics department of Shanghai Children Medical Centre affiliated with Shanghai Jiaotong University, orthopedics department of Shanghai No.6 People’s Hospital affiliated with Shanghai Jiaotong University, Neurosurgery department of Shanghai Children’s Hospital affiliated with Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai Huashan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University and Ottobock corporation in order to provide accurate evidence for intervention and therapeutic effect.Research projects undertaken (and ongoing) by the laboratory include:Shanghai Municipal Project-Evaluation of WBV(Whole Body Vibration) intervention on kinematics change in children with cerebral palsy, Shanghai Cerebral Palsy Ballet Training Camp-Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of Ballet in children with Cerebral Palsy, AIS(Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis) Rehabilitation Summer Camp-Constructional Study of Spinal Model Specific for AIS,etc.
