1.1991年Eastell根据骨折形态分三型2级（:Eastell R, Cedel SL, Wahner HW, Riggs BL, Melton LJ 3rd. Classification of vertebral fractures. J Bone Miner Res. 1991 Mar;6(3):207-15. ）

2.1993，Genant半定量法，按压缩15%分成四级

3.1999，Ismail根据形态分成四级，简单实用（Ismail AA. Number and type of vertebral deformities: epidemiological characteristics and relation to back pain and height loss. European Vertebral Osteoporosis Study Group. Osteoporos Int. 1999;9(3):206-13.）

4.2003，Kanchiku根据MR-T1分成六型，可以区分新鲜与陈旧骨折（Kanchiku T, Taguchi T, Kawai S. Magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis and new classification of the osteoporotic vertebral fracture. J Orthop Sci. 2003;8(4):463-6.）

5.2004，Heini提出MRI+临床特点，分为4型，提供了治疗方式（Heini PF. The current treatment--a survey of osteoporotic fracture treatment. Osteoporotic spine fractures: the spine surgeon‘s perspective. Osteoporos Int. 2005 Mar;16 Suppl 2:S85-92）

(a) acute and subacute single-level fractures, (b) fractures with persistent instability, (c) (multiple) fractures with progressive/creeping vertebral collapse and loss of sagittal balance and posture, and (d) vertebral fractures with subsequent spinal stenosis/neural compression

6.2005，Sugita根据侧位X片提出5型，对预后具有指导意义（Sugita M, Watanabe N, Mikami Y, Hase H, Kubo T. Classification of vertebral compression fractures in the osteoporotic spine. J Spinal Disord Tech. 2005 Aug;18(4):376-81.）

上边3型属于不稳定型，下边2型属于稳定型。

7.2020，郝定钧提出慢性症状性胸腰段骨松性骨折分5型，并提出治疗方案（Reliability and application of the new morphological classification system for chronic symptomatic osteoporotic thoracolumbar fracture. J Orthop Surg Res. 2020 Aug 24;15(1):348. ）

8.2018，DGOU提出5种分型并提出评分系统（Global Spine J. 2018 Sep;8(2 Suppl):46S-49S.Global Spine J. 2018 Sep;8(2 Suppl):50S-55S.）
